Patient Daily Schedule
The Patient Daily Schedule displays 21 days worth of appointments: today's patients, patients that have appointments in the next ten days and patients who had appointments in the last ten days. Click on a date in the list to view the detailed schedule. Click the column headers to sort data by column. The Patient Daily Schedule is a useful tool to assist you and your staff with tracking patient registration. The Non-registered patients column displays patients who are not yet registered to access their online account and receive email reminders. Click a patient's name to register an email address and view detailed information about that patient. The Patient Information Screen shows the email address(es) registered to the patient and the patients phone number(s).
Using the Set Date link
The Set Date feature is simply a way to insert a note next to the patient's name if they declined to register. If a patient declines to register, you can note the date the patient declined in the Patient Daily Schedule by clicking Set Date next to the patient's name. The Set Date text will change to No Email: (today's date). You can click on No Email: (today's date) to change it back to Set Date. It is a best practice to ask a patient to register again 3-6 months after they last declined.
