Sesame Interactive

What is Sesame Interactive?

Sesame Interactive is an online case collaboration tool that allows you to share images with your colleagues and patients and discuss treatment plans online.  By conducting your treatment plan discussions online (instead of through hard-to-schedule phone conferences or snail-mail), you can speed up patient treatment and keep patients from getting lost in transit between specialists.

If you don't have Sesame Interactive in your Sesame Control Panel and want it, contact Sesame Member Services.  Sesame Interactive can be enabled only if you have a compatible imaging system.

Logging In

There are two ways to log in to Sesame Interactive.
1. Log in to your Sesame Control Panel.  Click Integrated Tools > Sesame Interactive.
2. Go to the doctor login web address created especially for your practice and enter your Sesame Interactive password.  Learn more about the doctor login page.

List of unread messages from colleagues.  When you or a colleague posts or replies to a message in Sesame Interactive, an automatic email alert is generated to the recipients of the message.  You or your colleagues must log in to read the message.  Sesame Interactive will list unread messages on the home page to help you keep track of messages you haven't read yet.  Click the patient's name to view the message.  If you do not have any unread messages, this box is not displayed.
