You can send automatic text message reminders to your patients using the Sesame Text Messaging feature.  Patients will love the added convenience of a reminder sent to their cell phone, especially patients and responsible parties who are always on the go!

To access the Text Message feature in your Sesame Control Panel, click Email & Messaging in the top navigation bar.  Then click Text Messaging in the left navigation column. (See Figure 2).
